Collection of Information

Company collects information from users in two ways.

We only collect PII from you when you use certain Services. Our Service offers social sharing features and other integrated tools. These tools are created by other sites like Facebook (such as the Facebook Share button). For example, if your post content from our website through a link on Facebook, you are then bound to Facebook’s privacy policies and terms of service. Ad Networks and Advertisements

We allow ad networks to advertise on our Services. We may provide these ad networks with information about your interests and engagement with advertisements in order to help them customize ads on our Services and other sites you may visit. This means that advertisements may be better suited to your specific interests and tailored to your preferences. These networks track your online activities over time and across third party websites by collecting information through automated means, including through the use of the tracking technologies described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, and they use this information to show you advertisements (including our ads) that are tailored to your individual interests. We do not provide any information that personally identifies you as an individual to any ad networks or advertisers.

We may use third-party advertising companies to target advertisements to you on our Services, across the web, on your mobile device and on any of your other devices, based on the information we have collected from and about you, as well as information relating to your and other users’ visits to this and other websites and online services. Managing, Updating or Canceling Your Account

We may provide the ability for users to create and maintain personal accounts in connection with the Services. Our Services are For a General Audience

Our Services are not directed towards individuals under the age of 13 and are not meant to be used or accessed by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information, including phone numbers, addresses, and names, from users under the age of 13, and we will readily delete such information should this occur. California Privacy Notice

Effective Date: Janaury 1, 2020

The California Consumer Privacy Act (the “CCPA”), a new privacy law that provides California “Cconsumers” certain rights regarding their personal information (“PI”) became effective on January 1, 2020. However, as of that date the California Attorney General had not completed the rule making process to establish the regulations for covered businesses to implement the law. Accordingly, we may from time-to-time update information in this and other notices regarding our data practices and your rights, modify our methods for responding to your requests, and/or supplement our response to your requests, as we continue to develop our compliance program to reflect the development of the law and our understanding of how it relates to our data practices. In the meantime, this Notice outlines the PI we collect subject to the CCPA and our purposes for that collection.

In addition, if you are a California Consumer and would like to register a request under your “right to know about personal information collected, disclosed or sold” (including your right to obtain copies of specific pieces of PI and/or information about categories of PI practices), your “right to request deletion of personal information,” or your “right to opt-out of the sale of personal information,” (“CCPA Rights”) you may contact us at info@cripcamp.com. We will respond to your request as soon as we have guidance on how to properly verify your identity and the means to respond. Consistent with the CCPA, job applicants, current and former employees and independent contractors (collectively, “HR Data Subjects”), and representatives of another business in connection with business communications or transactions (“B-to-B Data Subjects”), are not considered “Consumers” for purposes of this California Privacy Notice or the rights described herein.
